SIGN UP

Choose between Fitness Coaching or Fitness & Nutrition Coaching. Then complete a client intake form that will help us understand your goals, lifestyle, and habits.

CONNECT WITH YOUR COACH

Within 48 hours, we will match you will your coach and they will introduce themselves and chat through your individualized program to get you started.

SHOW YOUR PROGRESS

Each week, you'll use PTK's app to connect with your coach and track your progress.

REACH YOUR GOALS

Progressing further into your program, you'll start noticing the physical and mental changes that result from planning and consistency.

The Fitness Coaching plan is a great choice no matter your level of fitness. All PTK programs include periodization (ensuring continual progress), alternative exercises, guidance and support. In addition, you get unlimited text messaging with your personal trainer right through the mobile app.
NOTE: This program does not include nutrition coaching including the custom meal plan.

The Fitness only coaching plan includes one (1) live video chat or phone call each month to review your next workout plan and answer any questions. 

The primary difference between this program and the Fitness & Nutrition Coaching program is the frequency of video or phone coaching calls and the in-depth guidance and education with nutrition.

*Minimum commitment is 3 months. After the 3 payments of $199 you'll roll into a recurring monthly membership until you cancel.

Get the optimal level of personal coaching and accountability from your online personal trainer. All PTK programs include periodization (ensuring continual progress), alternative exercises, guidance and support.

A crucial aspect of this program in the nutrition coaching you will be receive from your certified nutrition coach. You'll be given a custom meal plan based on your food preferences and goals. Our approach with nutrition coaching is focused on organization, a customized plan, education and guidance so that you will sustain your results. Food freedom is crucial to help build better habits and your overall relationship with food. Receive weekly check-in calls and unlimited in-app messaging for support. 

With Fitness & Nutrition Coaching, you get one (1) live video or phone coaching session each week with your trainer to keep you on track and help you make a sustainable lifestyle.

To receive a refund, you must complete your 12-week session with the following conditions met:

  • Complete 12 weekly checks-ins with your coach
  • Accurately hit your assigned macronutrient goals at least 80% of the time
  • Log into the app at least 5x per week
  • Report any concerns with the program and/or your progress to our Customer Experience Manager by week 8
